Improve silicon wafer yield: It possesses favorable dispersibility to rapidly disperse silicon powder and reduce silicon powder flocculation. The high HLB design balances the cutting fluid system, inhibits wetting agent precipitation and improves system stability. Accordingly, defects including wire marks, scratches and contamination are reduced, boosting the yield of Grade A silicon wafers.
Align with the development trend of cutting fluids: SunFactant R2400 features excellent water solubility. It improves system stability and reduces component loss during filter pressing in large-circulation cutting processes, making it suitable for circulating systems with high COD accumulation from recycled water.

Store this product tightly sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry indoor area, protected from sunlight and rain. The storage temperature shall not be lower than 10°C. When stored at excessively low temperatures, the product may turn turbid, separate or even solidify, yet such phenomena will not affect product performance. Prior to use, heat the material appropriately and thoroughly mix all contents in the drum or container to ensure homogeneity before application.
Surfactants are hygroscopic. Once the container is opened, the product quickly absorbs moisture from the environment. Meanwhile, air entering the drum will cause gradual oxidation of the product, which may lead to darkening of color or drop in pH value. Therefore, the product should be stored in a cool and dry place and kept sealed, and used promptly after opening.(Under the above storage conditions, the shelf life of unopened products in original packaging is 24 months starting from the production date.)
