VIVID-500 (F) is a kind of comb-type polyether carboxylate. It is no sensitive to clay-bearing aggregates. It is hard to be intercalated or adsorbed by clay crystal structure. VIVID-500 (F) can meet the requirement of high clay-bearing concrete for workability. It can improve the constructability of concrete mixtures.

It is recommended to be used in combination with PCE superplasticizers. It can also be used alone when the clay-content is high. Dosage: 0.05% to 0.30% by weight of binding materials with regards to solid content of the product. Sodium gluconate is recommended to adjust the setting-time if necessary.

Storage: Stored at ventilated dry warehouse of 2-35℃ and packaged intact, without unsealing, shelf life is one year. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing.
