VIVID-200(Y5) Air Entraining Agent is water soluble and easy to entrain abundant bubbles, which can be used with concrete admixture, especially with polycarboxylate superplasticizer.VIVID-200(Y5) Air Entraining Agent can effectively decrease surface tension, and produce fine bubbles during concrete mixing to significantly improve the workability of concrete mix and increase concrete durability.

It is recommended for concrete with durability requirement. Especially in anti-freezing, such as hydraulic concrete, marine concrete, high-speed railway concrete, harbor concrete, airport concrete, bridge concrete etc. Recommended to the concrete requiring good workability such as ready-mix concrete.

Dosage: 0.05% to 1.0% by weight of polycarboxylate water reducer, or 0.005‰ to 0.1‰by weight of binding materials. Dosage can be adjusted by concrete air content test.
