Retarder

VIVID-300(TN) retarding agent is an organic substance with sodium gluconate as the main component. When used in cement-based materials, it can delay the hydration reaction of cement, reduce the early hydration heat release of cement, and extend the setting time of cement. It is commonly used as a retarding agent for cement concrete.

According to the ambient temperature and demand to determine the content, such as 20℃ environment, the recommended content of the cementing material is 0.02% can make the setting time of cement concrete 2h.
