LIB-S109B microspheres are blended with ceramic slurry and coated onto a 9 μm PE base film at a coating thickness of 3 μm. The air permeability increment was tested, and the air permeability value is lower than that of competing products. |
Hot pressing temperature: 60 ℃; preheating time: 1 s, hot pressing duration: 1 s.The bonding strength was tested, and LIB S109B shows obviously higher bonding strength than competitors. |
